Garmin T5 Collar This collar is a dog TRACKING ONLY unit for use with the Garmin Alpha 200i, Garmin Alpha 100, Garmin Alpha 10, Garmin Astro 320, Garmin PRO 550 PLUS, and Garmin Astro 430 handheld devices. Now there is finally an option that allows you to use your Alpha system in field trial events! The T5 features the new GLONASS-enabled receivers that are capable of more accurate detection with higher sensitivity. The collar has remote controlled LED beacon lights.

Rescue Mode:

With rescue mode on, the T5 has around a 30 hour battery life.

5 second update rate means around 13 hours (before battery reaches 25%).

When battery reaches 25%, rescue mode changes the update rate to 2 minutes.

2 minute update rate means about 16 additional hours.
